The Franklin County Fiscal Court is soliciting proposals from firms for the preparation of an economic/feasibility study for Lakeview Park in Franklin County, Kentucky including options for funding the development and management of a sports and convention facility. Statements should include a description of the firm's Qualifications (20 pts.), Ability of professional personnel (10 pts.), Past record and experience (30 pts.), Willingness to meet time and budget requirements (20 pts.), the firm's Location (10 pts.) and Workload (10 pts.). Firms responding to the request will be ranked according to the written information submitted of the evaluation criteria. The Franklin County Fiscal Court will enter into negotiations with the highest ranked firm to execute an agreement.
