This project is part of a larger, on-going, multi-phase project. The work provided under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to general building power, and interior and exterior building lighting for a new 1,750 sf pre-engineered metal building with a primary use as market space. Alternately, the bidder may provide a certified check in the sum of 5 percent of the Bid Amount. It is the policy of the City of Manchester to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21. Bidders must provide a Drug-free Workplace affidavit per T.C.A, 50-9-113 Bidders must certify compliance with the Iran Divestment Act per T.C.A. 12-12-106. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor Licensing Act of 1976 (T.C.A. Title 62, ch. 6). No bid will be opened unless the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following information: the contractor's license number, the date of the license's expiration, that part of the classification applying to the bid, and other information required by law. In the case of joint ventures, this information must be provided by all parties submitting the bid.
