Site work for a mixed-use development in South Middleton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
South Middleton Township is accepting sealed bids for the following: Line striping roadways, crosswalks, stop bars, and directional arrows on the roadways throughout the Township. Each bid submission must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount payable to South Middleton Township. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount shall be submitted by the awardee after execution of the contract, as well as a Worker's Compensation Certificate. South Middleton Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to readvertise and accept any proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of South Middleton Township. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Act and Regulations.
