Remove all trash/debris resulting from work daily. 2. Winning bidder must provide own measurements for Hollow Metal Frames, Hollow Metal Doors, cutouts, hinge pockets and lock mechanisms to fit existing openings. 3. Winning bidder must provide labor and tools to install all items on T-spec and contracted items provided by our master agreement vendor. 4. Materials provided must be compatible with items provided by our master agreement vendor. 5. Winning bidder must provide C61 and D28 license. 6. Minimum 12 month warranty on all goods furnished under order to be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or material. 7. Bidder must have minimum three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, providing sales and fitting services for the items outlined in this solicitation. 8. At time of bid submission, bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all specified products and services offered. 9. Bidder must be able to supply all line items being requested and provide fittings. 10. All doors ruff opening size to be 3-0 X 7-0. 11. All door frames for ruff door size 3-0 X 7-0. 12.
