Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Clarkston, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: the abandonment and replacement of preexisting sewer pumps, demolition of existing operation equipment, abandonment and conversion of the confined space entry to a wet well, installation of submersible pumps, and the construction of an above ground structure to house the pump station controls. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Charter Township of Independence Parview Lift Station Rehabilitation Buyers Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % Copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described above. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $50 for each set. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to DLZ Michigan, Inc.
