All inquiries regarding the Request for Proposal shall be submitted, in email, to Ms. Tatiana Holden at tholden@cityofcalabasas.com with "RFP West Calabasas Road PS&E Questions" in the subject line, by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022. Please use the Delivery Receipt option to verify receipt of your email. Consultants are specifically directed NOT to contact any City Council members or personnel, other than specified personnel identified in this RFP. A response from the City to all inquiries shall be posted on the City's electronically no later than Friday, May 6, 2022. Only questions submitted through this process will be allowed. Include an implementation schedule with an estimated project start date of July 2022. The City reserves the right to amend the Request for Proposals by addendum prior to the final proposal submittal date. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified company, or to modify or cancel, in part or in its entirety, the Request for Proposals if it is in the best interests of the City to do so. The City reserves the right to terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) calendar days from written notice to the Consultant City reserves the right to inspect the work being accomplished by the Consultant at any time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to determine which proposal is, in the City's judgment, the most responsive. A selection committee will review, evaluate, and rank all accepted proposals. The selection committee will have only the response to this solicitation to review for selection of finalists and, therefore, it is important that proposers emphasize specific information considered pertinent to the services to be provided. The committee will evaluate the proposal based on the criteria outlined below. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
