AV Presentation: $143,749.63 TV Broadcast Production: $160.663.72 ___________________________________________ PROJECT TOTAL: $304,413.35 Vendor Inquiry Deadline September 2nd, 2022 The City of Calabasas (City) is seeking responses from qualified TV & AV Systems Integration companies (Vendor) to provide system design specifications for the replacement of the Council Chamber AV Systems as well as the Television Production Systems. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define the Citys minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the City may evaluate the services offered by respondents. This RFP contains scope of work requirements that the selected Vendor must meet, or exceed, including general contractual requirements mandated by the City. Any specifications and processes delineated in this RFP reflect the current environment and are not intended to limit Vendor in developing their solution to this bid. However, all Vendor must explain thoroughly how their offering meets or exceeds the service expectations specified in the RFP.
