Construction including 1,150 CY unclassified excavation, 450 TONS crushed surfacing, 145 TONS HMA, 1,400 LF curb and gutter, 2,550 SY concrete sidewalk, storm drainage, irrigation, landscaping, site amenities, and related improvements.
