Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Harlingen, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

As of 5/18/2022, a decision has been made to re-advertise / rebid the project due to being over budget. Renovations and addition to existing parking facilities. This competitive sealed proposal request shall in no manner be construed as a commitment on the part of the Airport to make an award. The right is reserved by the Airport to waive minor irregularities in any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, to solicit new proposals, or to accept any proposal, which is deemed to be the best value for Valley International Airport.
