Every mechanic, laborer, and workman employed by the CONTRACTOR or any subcontractor or other person about or upon the work contemplated by this contract shall be paid not less than the prevailing rate of wages as provided for by the Labor Law of the State of New York, to wit, there shall be paid to each employee engaged in work on the projects under this contract in the trade or occupation listed below not less than the wage rate set opposite name. If any other occupation is required on this work, the CONTRACTOR shall request the TOWN to furnish supplemental schedule covering such occupation.
