The Liberty County School System is requesting bids under RFP#2022-26 Interactive Touch Displays for five sites. Locations- Liberty County High School, 3216 E Oglethorpe Hwy, Hinesville, GA 31313 Horizons Learning Center, 212 School House Rd, Hinesville, GA 31313 Bradwell Institute, 100 Pafford St, Hinesville, GA 31313 Performing Arts Center, 2140 E Oglethorpe Hwy, Hinesville, GA 31313 Board of Education Central Office, 200 Bradwell St, Hinesville, GA 31313 Installation must be completed by July 22,2022. Procure Equipment o Bidder will be required to ship equipment directly to their own facility. o Bidder may store a limited supply of equipment at each site based on current installation needs. o Bidder will be responsible for all hardware stored at each site. o Bidder must provide a detailed report of any items being stored pending installation at each district site. Remove Existing Equipment o Where applicable, remove existing display and mounting hardware or stand o Relocate original hardware to centralized location designated by district personnel at each site Install Equipment o Wall Mount Install new mount and display in manner similar to original display unless specified otherwise If applicable, install and mount camera Plug in electrical cord to display and nearby outlet Install school supplied auxiliary cable from amplifier and new touch display Power up display and ensure unit is functioning properly Place accessories in bag or box and place on top of unit. o Stand Mount Assemble stand and mount new display If applicable, install and mount camera Plug in electrical cord to display and nearby outlet Power up new display and ensure unit is functioning properly Place accessories in bag or box and place on top of unit.
