Questions shall include the project name in subject heading. The Town of Onley is requesting proposals for the renovation of the Onley Police Department building located at 25559 E. Main Street, Onley, VA. Proposals will be received by the Town Manager at 25308 Lankford Highway, Onley, VA. Scope of Work Remove all wall-mount A/C units and brick up the exterior openings Remove wall paneling and ceiling tiles and replace with %" drywall Paint all interior walls Paint ceiling Remove carpet and replace approximately 620 sf area with vinyl weatherproof plank flooring (Lifeproof or similar) Install new lobby walls, door, and pass thru window per attached plans Install street-side-open front door Written questions will be accepted and answered via Addenda if submitted to Greg Maggard by 5:00pm on January 5, 2023. Bidders must be registered to perform work in the State of Virginia and shall include their license number on the Bid Form. The right is reserved, as the interests of the Town of Onley may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid.
