If required, final Addenda will be issued and distributed to all Prime Contract Bidders, who has contacted to the Engineer, by April 26,2022. It shall be the responsibility of the Prime Contract Bidders to verify that their subcontractors' Bids include any and all Addenda items. The City reserves the right, at its option, to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions, irregularities in any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so and to award only to those whose proposal id deemed by the Owner to be most advantageous to the interest of the Owner. All contractors must be licensed to work in the State of New Jersey. Any Bid that City of Perth Amboy, Parking Utility concludes failing to meet all the requirements of the Contract Documents will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
