Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bethany, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Amity Regional School District No. 5 invites proposals for the following: District Asphalt Repair Services Amity Regional School District No. 5 reserves the right to waive errors in any proposals, to accept other than the low bidder, and reject any or all proposals at its discretion. Reclaim or saw-cut and patch identified areas Re-grade entire area to provide proper pitch to the existing storm drains Install 4" of Item #4 Base Compact with an 8-10 ton roller Install (2) 1.5" lifts of Class 2 asphalt on each lift Compact each lift with an 8-10 ton roller Crack fill and seal identified areas as needed Successful contractor must contact CALL BEFORE YOU DIG prior tocommencing any work Contractor must submit a ticket from the asphalt plant verifying Class 2 asphalt; ticket must say Amity Work to place during summer 2022, commencing after June 16, 2022 All bidders must include an anticipated timeline in which they can get the work completed Successful vendor will be responsible for completing any necessary inspections Amity Regional School District No. 5 reserves the right to waive errors in any proposals, to accept other than the low bidder, and reject any or all proposals at its discretion
