Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center.

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation is soliciting proposals from qualified consultant firms to provide Design Services, Specifications, and Engineering Services through a stipulated lump sum for the Reintegration Wellness Center. The Reintegration Wellness Center will be a new approximately 10,000 square foot full court gymnasium with offices and activity space located in Henryetta, OK. The address to the main facility where work will be performed is 615 E Corporation St. The scope of work encompasses development of construction documents and specifications that can be publicly bid out to a general contractor to construct. Tribal Construction Services will provide a set of conceptual drawings for your use with the stipulated sum. The conceptual documents are a representative of discussions had to date as well as a design to give each bidder a clear understanding of our expectations. It is the intent of the scope for the consultant(s) to include in his/her bid all architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, civil, fire suppression, low voltage, and/or additional design scope as detailed in the bid package. A schedule of values for sub consultants with more than $5,000 worth of scope will be required with all bids. The design team is responsible for ensuring all current applicable building codes and guidelines are adhered to during the design of this project. As of January 1, 2021, the MCN has formally adopted the 2021 edition of the ICC family of building codes, including the 2020 version of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code). Submissions will be evaluated by the selection committee based on the following criteria: 1. Creek CESO preference (0 or 10 points) 2. Proof of being a Creek-owned enterprise (0 or 5 points) 3. Resume of Individual Firm (0-10 points) 4. Experience/ Qualifications (0-20 points) 5. Clarity of Proposal and Timeline (0-20 points) 6. Proposed Cost (0-35 points) Submission of proposals indicate bidder's acceptance of the evaluation techniques and recognition that subjective judgements must be made by the Owner during the evaluation process. The Owner makes no guarantee that an award will be made as a result of this RFP, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, waive any informalities, irregularities, or minor technical inconsistencies, or delete any item/requirement from this RFP or contract when deemed to be in the Owner's best interest. Representations made within the qualifications submittal will be binding on responding firms. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
