Demolition and site work for a residential development in La Grange, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Fayette County has received a Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) from the General Land Office to purchase homes affected by flooding from Hurricane Harvey. Fayette County is seeking to contract with multiple qualified demolition contractors (individual/firm) to assist in demolishing 8 to 11 homes to provide relief for survivors affected by repetitive flooding. These homes are located in the La Grange area of Fayette County. This service is for the Countys grant #20-066-010-C063, which will use federal funds to acquire these properties. Estimated value includes the price for buying houses. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals of firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, HUB, Labor Surplus, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. Fayette County is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
