Sherman Independent School District (SISD or the District) is accepting proposals for interior and exterior painting for multiple campus locations. It is the intent of Sherman ISD to award this contract to multiple vendors to provide a broad base of products to meet the needs of the District. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, superintendence, tools and equipment necessary for completion of assigned work, in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this agreement. Sherman ISD urges all vendors that provide these services to respond to this Bid/Proposal, even if you are sole source of the product/service. Scope of Work Locations: 1. Sory Elementary, 120 S. Binkley Park, Sherman, TX 75092 2. Neblett Elementary, 1505 E. Gallagher, Sherman, TX 75090 3. Washington Elementary, 815 S. Travis, Sherman, TX 75090 Contractor will have access to all areas of these campuses starting Friday, July 1, 2022 with all work being completed no later than Friday, July 29, 2022. 4. Fred Douglass Early Childhood, 505 E. College, Sherman, TX 75090 Contractor will have access to all areas of this campus starting Wednesday, June 1, 2022 with all work being completed no later than Friday, July 15, 2022. 5. Sherman Middle School, 2201 E. Lamar, Sherman, TX 75090 Contractor will have access to the exterior areas of this campus starting Wednesday, June 1, 2022 with all work being completed no later than Friday, July 15, 2022.
