Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Stormwater inlet replacements including roll curb top, bike safe grate, 1' extension, 2x4 inlet base with knockouts, 1b bedding, 2a backfill, channel concreted as needed, pipes concreted or spray foamed at inlet entrance, paving around the inlets including 1 foot cut backs on excavated area, figuring a lift of 25mm and 9.5mm and tar sealing joints, approximately 70 LF of concrete incidental to the replacement of Richland Borough stormwater inlets. Bidders will be required to furnish a certified check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the base bid. The borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and accept the bid of proposal which, in the judgment of the Borough Council, best serves its purpose.
