As of April 20, 2023, project was awarded to Martin Paving Inc, awarded amount is $33,741.61. For approximately 30 ton of 9.5mm leveling course, approximately 5 SY 25mm binder course, approximately 4,129 SY Double Bituminous Seal Coat, and approximately 2,000 SY 1/4 " aggregate Single Layer Seal Coat Patching of five Richland Borough roads/alleys. Bids shall be marked "2023 Road & Alley Repairs Bid". Bidders will be required to furnish a certified check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the base bid. The borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and accept the bid of proposal which, in the judgment of the Borough Council, best serves its purpose.
