Site work and renovation of an office development in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and for site work for a office development.
The Scope of Work, in brief, consists of removal of the existing asphalt and clay tile roof, structural upgrades, architectural repairs and installation of a new clay tile roof. Work includes but is not limited to, removal and replacement of existing copper flashing, coordination with existing roof mounted mechanical equipment, gutter and downspout repair, soffit repair, masonry cleaning and repointing, exterior priming and painting, window weather stripping and painting, landscape trimming, concrete stair and ramp removal and replacement, pipe metal handrails, and restoration of the existing precast concrete and gas pipe guardrail on site and along Station Drive.A portion of the work includes mitigation of ACMs and LBP within areas of the work. The project shall be Substantially Complete on or before Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by bid security meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount made out in favor of the Boone and Crockett Club. The successful bidder will furnish an approved Performance Bond and Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Questions shall be directed to A&E at the email address indicated in the Project Manual No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Boone and Crockett Club reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to accept or reject any and all bids.
