Site work for a civil project in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The proposed improvement consists of removing the existing corrugated metal pipe drainage structure where Merle Lane crosses the East Branch of Dry Run Creek, constructing a precast three sided structure, placement of permanent erosion control/armoring, and relocating sanitary sewer lines. All proposals must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond for the full amount of the contract, with sureties, to be approved by the City Stormwater Engineer. Compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act is required under this contract. The City of Peoria reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
