This contract includes the inspection, examination and adjustment, in order to ensure the safe operation of these systems in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. Without limitation, types of maintenance regarding heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems include: Changing filters; calibration; Change of belts; Maintenance of natural gas condensers, ducts and burners; Maintenance of control equipment; Replacement of unit motors and control equipment; Maintenance of natural gas, electric or other* boilers; All other related tasks.
