Contract 1: "2022 Lime Street Paving" in the Borough of Bowmanstown, Carbon County 190 Tons of 19.0mm Binder Course 142 Tons of 9.5mm Wearing Course Contract 2: "2022 Ore Street Bituminous Seal Coat" in the Borough of Bowmanstown, Carbon County 13,161 SY of Single Bituminous Seal Coat using a Polymer Modified Emulsion and #8 stone with 1.0% loss by wash All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Bowmanstown Borough. The successful bidder for the 2022 Lime Street Paving Bid Proposal and the 2022 Ore Street Bituminous Seal Coat Bid Proposal will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Borough Council of Bowmanstown reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Borough.
