Site work for a water / sewer project in Thermopolis, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacing existing asbestos cement and ductile/cast iron waterlines with PVC pipe and reconnecting water services; Replacing existing curb stops and boxes and connecting new service line from the new main to existing service line; Compacting waterline trench, placing and compacting subbase and base materials, and repaving a 10 to 15-foot (maximum) wide area over the waterline trench; Replacing an existing 6-inch VCT sewer main and an existing manhole in the cul-de-sac of Peppermint Lane; and Completely reconstructing two blocks of asphalt pavement (Richards Street between 6th & 7th Streets, and Peppermint Lane including the cul-de-sac). No bid may be considered unless accompanied by the required bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount which amount shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owners.
