Inclusion of existing utility locations on the Drawings is not to be considered as its definite location. Do not remove or alter existing utilities without prior written approval. E. The Contract Documents are intended to provide the basis for proper completion of the work suitable for the intended use of OWNER. Anything not expressly set forth but which is reasonably implied or necessary for proper performance of the project shall be included. F. Portions of the Contract Documents are written in the imperative mode. Except where specifically intended otherwise, the subject of all imperative statements is CONTRACTOR.
