The contractor shall have a Louisiana State License. Pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2212E.(1). Proposers now have the option to submit their proposals electronically. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals to waive any irregularities or informalities incidental thereto, and to accept any proposal which the Owner feels serves their best interest. Such action will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statues. Contractor's license number must appear on the face of the sealed envelope containing his/her proposal. Any person with disabilities requiring Special Accommodation must contact Assumption Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness at (985) 369-7386 no later than seven (7) days prior to proposal opening. Participation by minority and female owned business, as well as businesses located in Assumption Parish is encouraged.
