Renovation of a library in Napoleonville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Assumption Parish Library Board of Control and Library Director requests bids from contractors to replace the damaged soffit and to install vented vinyl soffit extending to the porch area of the Napoleonville Branch Library.Site Visit is required before bidding. All bids must be marked as "Napoleonville Branch Building Repair Project" on the envelope. The contractor's license number must appear on the face of the sealed envelope containing his/her bid. All bidders must show proof that he/she is within good standing with the Federal Government and not barred or suspended through., Bidders must have both liability and workers' compensation insurance and must possess proof of the Louisiana Licensing Board. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodations must contact the Library Director at (985)369-7070 no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Participation by minority and female-owned businesses, as well as businesses in Assumption Parish, is encouraged.
