** This project has been awarded to Hoch Construction, Inc in the amount of $389,980. ** The Quillayute Valley School District No. 402 invites sealed bids for the Forks High School Partial Roof Replacement The Forks High School Partial Roof Replacement project will begin in the summer of 2022 and be completed late summer of 2022. The existing shingle roof system will be removed to expose the substrate. New work includes underlayments, shingle roofing materials, removal and re-installation of gutters and downspouts, flashings, various roof accessories and repairs as indicated in the contract documents. Covered building floor area is approximately 52,600 square feet. Bidders are required to verify actual quantities for the sloped roof surface, including overhangs.
