Renovation of a medical facility in Forks, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
For Mechanical Work/Alterations Dba Forks Community Hospital is currently soliciting bids for mechanical work/alterations. All work and material must meet or exceed current building codes. Bids shall include all applicable taxes, clean up and removal of debris. As we are a Public Hospital District Prevailing wage laws, per RCW 39.12.040, will apply to this project. We will require proof of Public Liability insurance of $800,000 and Contractors Property Damage Insurance of $200,000 or $1,000,000 combine single limit, and a 100% performance bond.
