Site work for a civil project in Wolfpit, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project will consist of the of the installation of 4" and 8" waterline mains, 125,000 gallon fire suppression water holding tank, 20,000 gallon skid tank upgrade, and booster pump station upgrades located near the community of Wolfpit in Pike County, Kentucky Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with any additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The most current federal wage rates will apply. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Section 109 and E.O. 11246 and Title VI and other requirements. MBE/WBE bidders are encouraged to bid. The winning contractor must be registered with SAM.gov by the time of the award. Failure to complete this registration as noted will constitute a disqualification of any such bidder. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 5 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
