Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a museum; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 12, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project consists of demolition of an existing parking lot adjacent and to the west of Founders Park to then furnish and install a paver walkway and light poles. An irrigated lawn area will be furnished and installed on each side of the paver walkway. The project will also include the demolition of existing curb and parkway along East 9th Street for 3 proposed parallel parking spots to be installed. Bidders submitting bids through Electronically shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
