Site work for a water / sewer project in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is located in Williamson County. It is located southwest of the intersection of Fort Richardson Drive and Parkside Parkway. The Scope of Work of the Contract includes the removal of sediment from the forebays of a water quality pond, including dewatering and offsite disposal of the sediment. For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State of Texas equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 5% certified or cashier's check or a 5% bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Prospective bidders must provide a Statement of Qualifications no later than five (5) days prior to the bid opening. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder who fails to submit the required documentation. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.
