The County Mayor, Miami-Dade County, pursuant to Chapter 287.055 of Florida Statutes, and Sections 2-8.1 and 2-10.4 , Implementing Order 3-34 and Administrative Order 3-39 of the Miami-Dade County Code, announces that the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) will require design-build services for the Metrorail Stations Refurbishment - Government Center Station. 14.00 Architecture (Lead A/E) 18.00 Architectural Construction Management (Lead A/E) 9.05 Soils, Foundations, And Materials Testing - Roof Testing And Consulting 11.00 General Structural Engineering 12.00 General Mechanical Engineering 13.00 General Electrical Engineering 16.00 General Civil Engineering 17.00 Engineering Construction Management 20.00 Landscape Architecture 22.00 Ada Title II Consultant. The Project will be implemented under a single Design-Build Contract involving the two (2) separate Design Criteria Packages (DCP). The Design-Build firm will use the signed and sealed DCP No. 1 (DCP-1) and DCP No. 2 (DCP-2) (construction drawings and specifications) prepared by the two (2) Design Criteria Professionals, HNTB Corporation (HNTB) and R.E. Chisholm Architects, Inc. (R.E. Chisholm), respectively, to perform the proposed work defined by the contract documents and in compliance with all federal, state and local codes and regulations.
