The City of Redwood City invites landscape architectural and/or park planning firms to submit a response for the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to develop a master plan for Hoover Park. Funding for the Hoover Park Master Plan Project has been approved through the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget. Additional funding for the estimated $4M renovation of Hoover Park has been identified but not yet appropriated. Answers to questions or requests for clarification received by the deadline listed above will be posted on the City portal. Questions or requests for clarification received after the deadline listed above will not be answered. The City reserves the right to amend the RFQ/P by addendum prior to the final proposal submittal date. Any such addendum will be posted on the City portal. The City also reserves the right to extend the due date, or to cancel this RFQ/P at any time. The City reserves the right to modify this RFQ/P at any time prior to the proposal due date, or to extend the proposal due date, or to cancel this RFQ at any time. The successful proposer will be required to enter into the City standard Agreement for Services, attached as Exhibit A to this RFQ/P. The terms of the Agreement for Services are non-negotiable. As of May 23, 2022, the due date and time is being confirmed with the owner.
