The work consists of the following major items: Part A: Seal coating approximately 346,130 square yards of streets and parking lots at various locations within the City of Garden City Part B: 87,540 gallons (minimum) CRS-1h Asphalt Emulsion Part C: 4,635 tons of gravel CM-A cover material, delivered Part B & C are tied with part A contractor All bids shall be on the printed proposal forms, which may be obtained from the Public Works Office. The proposal form shall be the contract to supply the materials for the unit price bid on the proposal form for the summer of June 1 through August 28, 2022 on an as needed basis. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
