The Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development (LHAND) invites sealed bids from Massachusetts Licensed Lead Inspectors/Risk Assessors to perform lead inspections/risk assessments for lead paint abatement involved in the Lynn Lead Abatement Program (LLAP) managed by the LHAND. Contract will be for a one-year term with a LHAND option to renew for two (2) additional years for a maximum of three (3) years. Scopes of work and contract terms are outlined in the bid package prepared by the LHAND. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance within five (5) working days after receiving Notice of Award Award of contract, if a contract is awarded, shall be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder offering the best price. LHAND's Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the authority. The LHAND Board of Commissioners and the Executive Director will do the notice of the award and the actual award of this contract.
