Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and 68-unit multi-residential development.
The subdivision is located on 15 acres at the southeast corner of West Sharon and Waycross roads. It will add 68 townhomes and 34 attached ranch-style homes when complete. The townhomes will be built as part of a first phase, and the ranches will follow in a second phase. Amenities will include walking trails, an open-space common area and a drainage pond. As of October 2, 2025, construction is underway.
