Renovation of a medical facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Nimiipuu Health - a tribal entity serving the Nez Perce Tribe with quality healthcare in culturally sensitive and confidential settings - is seeking proposals for a new membrane roof at the Nimiipuu Health Lapwai Clinic location. This project is subject to Davis Bacon prevailing wage provisions. This project is also subject to the Nez Perce Tribe TERO compliance requirements. Scope of Work: Square footage of the new roof is approximately 35 - 000 sq ft. Roofing material shall be 60 mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) on R-38 insulation - with a 15 or 20 year warranty. Bid shall include the replacement of parapet cove cap with appropriately styled and colored materials. Contractor shall provide one year construction warranty on all work performed. Old roof shall be removed down to substrate layer and insulation and membrane roofing installed including all equipment and plumbing curbs and penetrations and parapet walls. Contractor will be responsible for the appropriate disposal of the old roof in compliance with all applicable local - state - tribal and federal regulations.
