Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the "Authority") invites proposals from qualified licensed mechanical contractors (referred to as "Contractor", "Offeror", or "Proposer") to provide preventative maintenance and repair services to RDU's Central Energy Plant Boiler. The Authority is seeking a Contractor whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely and cost-effective Services to the Authority. The Authority's intent is to award a five (5) year Contract to a prime Contractor to provide the requested services. The Prime Contractor may have subcontractors and/or subconsultants.
