Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westmore, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of, but is not limited to: a. The Willoughby South End- Site + Trail project includes the construction of new upper and lower gravel parking lots and site access, a new accessible boat launch drop-off and water access, associated grading and stormwater features, site features including wood barriers and bollards, bike racks, stone steps, stone walls, and concrete signage pads, boulder placement, landscape seeding and landscape planting. b. The Site and Trail projects need to be closely coordinated by the contractor of each project to ensure efficient and timely construction sequencing. Bids accompanied by proper Bid Security will be received
