The WILLOUGHBY SOUTH END- SITE + TRAIL PROJECT includes the construction of new trails, boardwalks and trail features throughout the South End Area at Willoughby Lake. The trail features will include new constructions, modifications to some existing trails and significant improvements to improve pedestrian access throughout the project area. b. The Trail project contractor will have to coordinate communication with the site contractor which will be finishing the site work contracted in 2022 this field season to insure efficient operations. The awarded Contractor must fill out and sign the Executive Order 02-22 Vendor Certification as part of the Contract awarding process. This certification is required for all subcontracts for work performed solely for the State of Vermont and subcontracts for work performed in the State of Vermont. 4. BIDDER QUALIFICATION PROCESS DOCUMENT: The Department of Buildings and General Services is requiring that all contractors meet certain minimum qualifications to be eligible to bid on this project. 5. Evaluations will be used to compile the contractor's performance on BGS projects to provide a history and assessment of the contractor's performance.
