The City of Titusville is soliciting landscape maintenance services for various properties including state road medians and right-of-ways; city facilities, parks and stormwater facilities. The selected Contractor shall provide landscape maintenance for the locations and for right-away line to right-of-way line maintenance. Bid Bond N/A Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The term of the agreement shall be effective upon the issuance of a City issued purchase order and continue for one-(1) year with option of four-(4) one-(1) year renewals. Renewal will be at the discretion of the City and includes the option to negotiate pricing, terms & conditions. Administrative renewals will be contingent upon the annual availability of funds for this service, satisfactory performance of the contracted vendor (s) and the desire of the City to exercise their option to renew this agreement. The conditions of this bid, insurance requirements, and all provisions of the successful bid deemed pertinent by the City shall be incorporated into the agreement and shall become legally binding. The City reserves the right to award to responsible Bidder submitting a responsive bid resulting in an agreement, which is most advantageous and in the best interests of the City. The City shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting agreement that is in the best interest, and its decision shall be final.
