Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work will also include replacing storm sewer. Items to bid include approximately 1,600 lineal feet of curb & gutter, 3,000 square feet of concrete flatwork, and 375 square yards of 9" concrete paving. Utility items include 750 lineal feet of sanitary main, 200 lineal feet of sanitary lateral, 4 sanitary manholes, 900 feet of 8" water main, 6 water services, 600 lineal feet of storm sewer main and leads, 5 storm structures, and other items necessary to complete the project. If not up-to-date, new paperwork shall be submitted electronically to the Director of Finance, via email at: apvendors @cityoflacrosse.org.The time for commencement of the work shall be no sooner than ten (10) days after Common Council shall have awarded the contract and shall be completed by November 11th, 2022. . No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors; and no bid shall be received without certified check for not less than 5%, nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility paperwork must be on file with the City of La Crosse.
