South Jordan City is seeking a qualified Contractor to remove and replace old concrete lanes throughout the Daybreak area of the City. Lanes are used to access homes and driveways for residents in the Daybreak area and it is imperative that they are completed to City standards and specifications and within the specified period. The location of each lane to be repaired can be found in Appendix A of this RFP. South Jordan City will select one Contractor to provide the work for this RFP. Work includes demolition and removal of existing concrete and installation of new concrete. Pricing of bid shall be per square feet and shall include the new concrete installation, removal of existing concrete, hauling off materials, and restoring any landscaping disturbed by the lane replacement process.
