Renovation of an educational facility in Longlac, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of this Contract involves Doors & Vestibules Upgrades at Our Lady of Fatima School / Ecole Notre Dame de Fatima, in Longlac, Ontario. A summary of Work highlights include, but is not limited to: .1 Vestibule upgrades including: .1 Replacement of two (2) exterior door pairs with new aluminum doors and frames. .2 New door operators at one (1) exterior vestibule doors. .3 Removal of interior vestibule doors, with related vestibule renovation repairs to floors, walls and suspended ceilings. .4 New hydronic air curtain ventilation units above two (2) exterior vestibule doors. .5 Electrical work associated with new door operators and new air curtains. .2 Replacement of various interior corridor doors and hardware. .3 Refer to appendices for Photo Memo with select photos of existing doors, with notes on scope of work at each.
