Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Millersburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder sponsibility. The bidder must possess work types and perform work equal to at least 30% of the total amount of the submitted bid price. The successful Bidder, who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all alternates), shall furnish a Contract Bond in the form included in the Bid Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. NOTE: AIA or EJCDC Bond forms are not acceptable.
