Site work for a water / sewer project in Millersburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners for Holmes County, Ohio (the "Owner"), as provided in this notice, for the Winesburg_ Area Sanitary Sewer Collection and Treatment Project (the "Project"). Contract B (Collection System and Pump Stations) consists of 4,200 LF of 2.5" force main, 3,300 LF of 4" force main, 6,500 LF of 8" gravity sewer extension, 4 new duplex pump stations and 2 renovations of existing pump stations. Contract B-1 will include costs for horizontal directional drill installation of pipeline. Contract B-2 will include costs for open cut installation except where crossing ODOT right-of-way, and where otherwise noted. The Owner anticipates that the projected costs for Contract B-1 will be $3,048,830.00 the projected costs for Contract B-2 will be $2,859,895.00. The project has an expected duration of 270 days. The Owner reserves the right to award option B-1 or B-2 at the discretion of the commissioners. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty described in the Instructions to Bidders. State wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irreg9plarities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bids sponsib.
