Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Huddleston, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Clean, Repair and Seal three parking lots according to specifications listed herein. No electronic bids accepted. Awarded vendor select by grand total of lots. Award of lots will be based on available funding. Beach Parking Lot- Clean, Repair & Seal – Approximately 21,000 square feet 1) Contractor shall clean and repair all crack with hot pour, rubberized filler. 2) Contractor shall contact park to schedule weed killer spraying prior to schedule arrival. Park will spray all cracks to ensure no weeds are present upon arrival of vendor. 3) Contractor shall clean entire parking lot of debris prior to work. 4) Contractor shall remove all vegetation 6”(inches)-12”(inches) from around the perimeter of the parking lot. 5) Contractor shall Apply a minimum of (2) two coats of Polymer-modified coaltar sealer or Agency Approved Equivalent product presented by Contractor with same warranty. 6) Contractor shall ensure the sealer used is minimally fortified with 30-40 mesh silica sand at 5 pounds per gallon or Agency approved equivalent for brand sealer to be used to ensure product warranty. 7) Contractor shall repaint lines using current existing layout. See aerial photo for reference however the contractor shall quantify actual number of lines and arrows at time of site visit.
