Renovation of an educational facility in Huddleston, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of reroofing over existing fully adhered EPDM roofing with new fleece backed EPDM membrane and removal of existing metal roofing with a new standing seamed metal roof in the areas identified in the Contract Documents. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Notice of Award: April 12, 2024 Construction Commencement: May 30, 2024 Final Completion: July 31, 2024
