Interested parties are to arrive promptly at 8:00AM at 8901 La Jolla Shores Drive, La Jolla, CA, 92037. Facility manager will provide a tour of the solar panels/system. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to make a site visit to inspect all proposed work and to acquire all necessary site information to properly prepare their Quote. Failure of the Contractor to visit the site and acquire all necessary site information to properly prepare the quote shall not be acceptable cause to justify a later request for additional costs after Contract Award. Any questions that come up at the site visit must be provided to the CONTRACTING OFFICER via email at Kimberla.Fairley@noaa.gov no later than April 22, 2022 at 1:00PM MDT/MST. No questions will be answered on site. A: The applicable wage determination is attached to the RFQ. No certification is required. We see the pricing terms are FFP (and Net-30) therefore the contractor will be asked to itemize/ breakdown pricing on an hourly basis.
A: No. We are looking for an annual FFP. Invoices will be expected accordingly. The RFQ states the deadline for RFQ responses is by 04/25/2022. There was previously correspondence confirming the deadline was 05/06/2022. Since we're still updating our SAM status, we may need the additional time to respond to this RFQ.
A: SF-18 RFQ has been corrected. Due date is 5/6/2022.
